Shipping Policy

Your order will be posted to you within 2 working days of the order being placed, within the United Kingdom, by Royal Mail tracked delivery.

If a delivery attempt was made, and you fail to re-arrange delivery or collect your item, your order will be returned to us. In this case, we will charge you additional postage costs to re-ship your item.

It is your, the customers, responsibility to ensure that we hold the correct shipping address. Please ensure that your address as per your Paypal acount is correct. We hold no responsibility if you do not supply us with the correct postal address at the time of ordering. Please ensure that your Customer LogIn details are kept up to date at all times.

We will only post to the address as per your Paypal account or the delivery address supplied during check-out. Your order may be refused and refunded if the name and address supplied at Paypal or check-out is different to the name and address requested for posting.

Refund Policy

You can cancel the order provided the goods have not been dispatched. Please submit a request via the ‘support’ button (next to order on your account page) and we will find out whether it is possible to cancel the order. If this is possible we will issue a full refund. If it is not possible because the product has already been dispatched then you have 10 days to return the product back to us in its original condition and in its original packaging to prevent damage in the post. Your refund will be processed within 2 working days of us receiving the item back.

You, the buyer, will be responsible for postage costs both ways i.e. if you return an item because you have changed your mind, no longer have a need for the item, it is not what you expected or for any other reason other than it is faulty, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus the original amount of postage paid.

We urge you to return your item using a secure method of postage and obtain proof of posting with insurance. We will not be held responsible for returns that do not arrive and you, the buyer, will be responsible for claiming for any loss via Royal Mail or the company you instruct to return your order to us.

We will not refund or exchange item owing to damage from improper use, general wear and tear or age.
