Most runners have that love/hate relationship with running, one minute it’s the worst thing ever and the next your booking your next race!

Marmite can also be a love/hate thing for people too , so we thought we would create a mixture of both!

It has a spinning centre with love on one side and hate of the other and is around 9/10cm in size .
