Shopping with us

Our website is a multi-seller marketplace, where the products are sold by different sellers. We, as Runners.Gifts, own this site and act as administrators of the marketplace. Each seller is responsible for maintaining their own product listings, and fulfilling orders for those products. For this reason, it is always best in the first instance to contact the seller of a specific product if you have a query or problem, using the mechanisms provided by the site, as explained here.

Yes of course. All registered users can ask a question about any product on Runners.Gifts. Simply log in and go to the product page in question then submit your query via the seller's ‘’Ask a question’’ button which sits underneath the Quantity selector on every product page. If you wish to ask a question as a guest please register with us first, and following that you will be able to log in and contact the seller about the product. 

Each seller on Runners.Gifts has their own set of policies and whether an order can be cancelled is dependent on the seller accepting the request to cancel. A request to cancel does not equate to the facilitation of an order being cancelled as this is determined on the seller accepting the request in line with their individual terms and conditions which can be found on their seller’s page (to go to a seller’s page click on their company name on any of their product pages to be redirected). If you feel your cancellation request is in line with their terms and conditions then please log in and go to ‘recent orders’. Choose the order in question and underneath ‘Actions’ (far right of screen) you will see the ‘support’ button, click on this and follow the on screen instructions to submit your request. Once a request has been submitted the seller will respond and you will be informed of whether the order can be cancelled.

Each seller on Runners.Gifts have their own set of policies on whether this will be able to be amended but if your order has not yet been dispatched then this should be possible. Please submit full details of this request via your ‘support’ button. This is located in your account by clicking on ‘recent orders’. Choose the order in question and underneath ‘Actions’ (far right of screen) you will see the ‘support’ button click on this and follow the on screen instructions to submit your request. Once a request has been submitted the seller will respond and you will be informed of whether the delivery address can be amended.

Yes, absolutely, you are free to purchase any product from Runners.Gifts without registering by using our ‘guest checkout’. It is worth noting that if you choose to purchase as a guest then you will be unable to see any orders made via the site or ask a question to sellers prior to purchase, as you need to be a registered user to do both of these things.

Each seller has their own shipping policy and their own timeframes for delivery. Their shipping policy can be found on their individual ‘’seller’s page’’ (to go to a seller’s page click on their company name on any of their product pages to be redirected). If your order has not arrived within the timescale they have stipulated either on their product or shipping policy page then please log in and contact them with your query via your ‘support’ button. This is located in your account by clicking on ‘recent orders’. Choose the order in question and underneath ‘Actions’ (far right of screen) you will see the ‘support’ button click on this and follow the on screen instructions to submit your query.

Each seller is responsible for where they choose to ship their products. However it is worth noting that should you purchase from a seller who does ship to a non-UK destination it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any applicable customs and import taxes. From the 1st July 2021 all orders shipped to the EU require VAT to paid by the recipient before delivery which will be collected via the courier/delivery partner. If you have any queries regarding this please log in and contact the seller via their ‘Ask a question’ button which sits underneath the Quantity selector on every product page. If you wish to ask a question as a guest please register with us first, and following that you will be able to log in and contact the seller about the product and shipping to Europe and any non-UK destination.

We hope that you will be delighted with any purchase, but should you need to return anything please first check it is within the seller’s terms and conditions to do so. Their returns policy can be found on their individual ‘’seller’s page’’ (to go to a seller’s page click on their company name on any of their product pages to be redirected). If you feel your request to return a product is acceptable and falls within their conditions of return then please log in and contact them with via your ‘support’ button. This is located in your account by clicking on ‘recent orders’. Choose the order in question and underneath ‘Actions’ (far right of screen) you will see the ‘support’ button click on this and follow the on screen instructions to submit your return request.

We hope you love your Runners.Gifts purchase and we would be delighted if you might like to leave a review. To write a review simply log in and visit the page of the product you would like to review, either through the menu or via the link to the item from your order on your account page, and instead of seeing the text “only logged in users who have purchased… etc” the ability to leave a review for the product will now be available to you. Reviews include a 1 to 5 star rating, but if you find you are unhappy with your purchase then we would ask you to contact the seller to try to resolve any issue prior to leaving a poor review. All reviews are moderated to prevent abusive and/or defamatory content.
