Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders within two weeks of the order being placed by 2nd class post.

Refund Policy

Please be aware that I cannot accept returns unless they are faulty. 

If your item has unusually got through quality control checks and is found to be faulty, please log in and contact me via your ‘support’ button within 7 days of receiving your order. The 'support' button is located in your account by clicking on ‘recent orders’. Choose the order in question and underneath ‘Actions’ (far right of screen) you will see the ‘support’ button click on this and follow the on screen instructions to contact me about the issue. 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
