Shipping Policy
I aim to dispatch all non personalised orders within 1-2 days of ordering, personalised orders will take slightly longer especially in the run up to Christmas. Royal Mail is used for all posting.
Refund Policy
If you wish to return an item you please let me know within 48 hours. Any item/s that you wish to return must be returned to me within 7 working days of receipt, unused, unopened and undamaged. I cannot accept responsibility for any returned items which are lost in transit on their way back. Unfortunately postage costs are non-refundable. The return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Personalised, used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Due to their nature I can’t accept cancellations on personalised products after order confirmation.
