Shipping Policy
All Now Then, Sunshine! products are shipped using Royal Mail and will be posted within two days of ordering - often sooner.
In order for your package to get to you safely, your name and address will be clearly written on the front. Please be assured that I’ll never ever share any other information with the Royal Mail other than the information needed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted within 10 days of the receipt of your order.
To arrange a refund, please log in go to your account page and click on ‘recent orders’. Select your order and click on 'support' (underneath 'actions'), then follow the on-screen instructions to let me know that you are returning the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please ensure the item is packaged well to avoid damage. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and please be sure to get proof of postage or tracking information as I can't be responsible for lost items.
A refund will be given once the item is safely received.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please contact me within two hours of ordering via the 'support' button under 'recent orders' and I will cancel the order.
