Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped (with tracking) within four days of the order being received.


Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted within 10 days of receipt. To arrange a refund, please log in go to your account page. Click on ‘recent orders’, choose the order in question and underneath ‘Actions’ (far right of screen) you will see the ‘support’ button click on this and follow the on screen instructions to let me know that you are returning the item so that we can expect it.

A full refund will be given once the item is safely received.

If you are sending something back, make sure it's packaged up well as we can't give refunds if items are returned damaged.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. And we can't be responsible for anything which is lost in the mail either, so it's a good idea to use a tracked service.


Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If you change your mind please feel free to contact me; if your order has not been processed I will refund you your money back. Please log in and contact me about the order in question via your ‘support’ button. This is located in your account by clicking on ‘recent orders’. Choose the order in question and underneath ‘Actions’ (far right of screen) you will see the ‘support’ button click on this and follow the on screen instructions to submit your cancellation request.
