Customer Terms & Conditions
As well as reading the following Terms & Conditions to which you have agreed by using this Site, we would ask you to also refer to the individual terms and conditions of each individual seller (“Sellerā) on their Runners.Gifts home page before making any order.
These provisions (“Customer Terms”) together with our Privacy Policy and any further documents referred to in these provisions set out the terms and conditions on which you may use the Runners.Gifts website (the āSiteā). We may update these Customer Terms periodically and would ask you to review them regularly in order to be aware of such changes. Any updated Terms negate all previous versions. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Customer Terms.

The Services are operated by Anderson Solutions Ltd (“we”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 04127618
2. Accessing our Service
Access to the Services is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide through the Site without giving any notice and are not liable if any of the Services are unavailable at any time.
From time to time, we may restrict access to any or all of the Services, to users who have registered with us. Any personal data and other information provided by you is processed by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By providing any such personal data or other information you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all required information (for example your name and address) that you upload to the Site, is accurate.
3. Intellectual property rights
You must not extract or use any Site content for commercial purposes without obtaining permission to do from Runners.Gifts
4. Runners.Gifts service
We do not review or control, and are not responsible in any way for, listings provided by Sellers. When you decide to purchase goods and/or services from the Site the resulting legal contract is between you and that Seller. We are unable to give any undertaking, that goods and/or services you purchase from Sellers through the Site will be of satisfactory quality, and this and any other such warranties (whether express or implied) are disclaimed by us absolutely to the fullest extent permitted by law. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against the Seller. Where you order goods and/or services through the Site we may disclose your customer information related to that transaction to the relevant Seller.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and limitation of liability
(a)To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, we disclaim responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of any part of the Service.
(b) You use our Site at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damages to your hardware device(s) or loss of data that results from this use.
6. Contracts between Seller and Buyer
Any order placed is deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the goods and/or services specified within it. No order shall be deemed to be accepted by the Seller until we (acting as the commercial agent of the Seller) issue an email acknowledgement of said order.
7. Payment methods
Purchases for goods and/or services you make with Sellers may only be paid for using the payment methods we make available through our payment facility, in accepting and processing your payments related to the purchase of items from the Seller, we act in the capacity as commercial agent of the Seller. The buyer accepts that some banks may charge an additional fee(s) for certain transactions (e.g. international transactions).
8. Delivery charges
Delivery charges will vary depending on the destination chosen for the item to be delivered. All prices on the Site are inclusive of VAT. For delivery destinations outside of the United Kingdom, prices do not include any other customs duties which, if applicable, will be payable by you. The Site has no control over these charges and you would be required to contact your local customs office for information about such fees prior to placing your order.
9. Refusal of transaction
At any time we may refuse to process a transaction or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion and will not be held liable to you or any third party for same.
10. Delivery
Each Seller provides individual details of postage and packing together with estimated delivery times which are quoted in working days. Delivery costs vary according to the delivery methods offered by each Seller. Please refer to each Seller for their delivery/shipping policy.
11. Returns
Each seller is responsible for their own policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns and these policies vary from shop to shop. By purchasing a product from a seller it is assumed that you are agreeable with their returns policy. Each seller provides details of their individual returns policy on their sellers page. Please refer to this policy for information on whether a product can be returned. If a product is eligible for a refund then this can be facilitated through submitting this request via the āsupportā button (located in your account by clicking on ārecent ordersā.) This does not affect your statuary rights.
12. Reviews
Reviews include a 1 to 5 star rating. If you find you are unhappy with your purchase then we would ask you to contact the seller to try to resolve any issue prior to leaving a poor review. All reviews are are moderated to prevent abusive and/or defamatory content. In addition should a review be unfavourable a seller is not only at liberty to not only contact a buyer to try and resolve any issue but also leave a response.
13. Cyber crime
You must not introduce viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful to our Site nor attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Site. Should you breach this provision, you would be committing a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and we will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and would terminate your right to use our Site.
14. Force majeure
Should a Seller be prevented from or delayed in carrying out their obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, inclement weather, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes, or delays affecting carriers or an inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials then the Seller’s performance of its obligations will be postponed for the duration that the circumstances continue.
15. Feedback and Complaints
You are welcome to email comments about Runners.Gifts to info@runners.gifts. Should you have a complaint about a specific seller or their goods and/or services please raise a support ticket via your account page to work with them directly to try to resolve the issue. Should a resolution not be reached between the Seller and Buyer then Runners.Gifts will look to expedite same.
